We, the founders of HERA, began our journey long before the company existed. Ours is a friendship that has spanned over 20 years, shaped by parallel life transitions and shared experiences. As single mothers raising young daughters, we discovered strength in one another and in the spiritual practices that helped us navigate life’s challenges. Through these moments, we learned just how essential it is for women to be surrounded by other strong women - those who uplift, encourage, and remind us of who we truly are.

Over time, we realised that what sustained us personally was something many women longed for:
a community where wellbeing comes first, where women feel safe, seen, and supported, and where they can evolve without judgment.

HERA was born from that realisation.

We envisioned a sanctuary designed by women, for women - a place where spirituality and modern wellbeing come together, where conversations flow honestly, where growth is celebrated, and where every woman feels empowered to live in her true power. HERA is not just a wellness space; it is a movement. A new era of connection, community, and feminine strength.
