These intimate circles are designed to support new mums and their babies during early motherhood, a place to slow down, rest and feel held within a like-minded community.

Each circle offers a calm, nurturing environment where mothers can share or simply listen, learn gentle baby reflexology techniques to support sleep, digestion and bonding, enjoy guided meditation and soft breathwork, and take time for quiet reflection in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Come exactly as you are.
Feeding, cuddling and real life are always welcome.

👶 Babies welcome from 4 weeks
🗓 Every other Monday 10am or 12pm
💷 £20 per mother & baby
